Creator partner terms
Last updated 4 November 2026
In short: always say it's sponsored (#ad), be honest, don't target kids, and you earn a share of what the players you bring spend. These terms apply to anyone who promotes Far Fetched with a creator link or code we've given them ("you"), and sit alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Your link and code
- We give you a personal link (for example https://far-fetched.app/s/YOURCODE) and the same code for players to type in. The offer that comes with it (such as free Pro, a discount or bonus Miles) is the one we agree with you and show on the link's page.
- Only describe the offer as it is. We can change, pause or end a code or an offer at any time; we'll tell you first when we reasonably can.
2. Always disclose that it's sponsored
Whenever you promote Far Fetched and you get, or expect to get, anything for it (commission, free Pro, Miles, items or anything else of value), you must make that clear every time, in a way your audience can't miss:
- On a stream or video: say it out loud (for example "this is sponsored by Far Fetched" or "I get a cut if you use my code"), and keep the platform's paid-promotion or branded-content label switched on.
- In captions, posts, descriptions and bios: put #ad or "Sponsored" at the start, not hidden at the end or among other hashtags. "Link in bio", "#sp", "#collab" or "#partner" on their own aren't enough.
- Follow the advertising rules where you and your audience are, including the Australian Consumer Law and the AANA Code of Ethics in Australia, and the FTC Endorsement Guides in the United States.
3. Be honest
- Only share your real opinion of the game, and don't make claims you can't back up (for example about prizes, winnings, how easy things are or what's included).
- Don't post fake reviews, testimonials or player counts, or pretend to be an ordinary player.
- Don't use our name or logo in a way that suggests you are Far Fetched, and don't bid on "Far Fetched" or our domain in paid search or social ads.
4. Children
Far Fetched accounts are for ages 13 and up. Don't direct your promotion at children under 13, don't ask children to sign up or buy anything, and don't offer them anything to do so.
5. What you earn
- A player is linked to you when they create an account within 30 days of opening your link, or when they type your code (on a new or an existing account). The most recent link or code before sign-up counts, and a typed code wins over a link. Once linked, a player stays linked to you for your commission period, even if they later use someone else's code.
- You earn the agreed share (normally 10%) of what linked players pay us for Far Fetched Pro and Miles, for the agreed period (normally 6 months from when they were linked), after any discount.
- Each payment's commission is held for 30 days. Refunded or charged-back payments don't earn commission, and we take commission back if a payment is refunded after it was counted.
- You don't earn on your own accounts, accounts you or people acting for you created, or sign-ups we reasonably believe are fake, bought, or made through misleading promotion. We may hold commission while we check.
- We pay what's owed in the way and at the times we agree with you. You're responsible for your own taxes.
6. Ending the partnership
Either of us can end the partnership at any time. If you break these terms, we can end it straight away, switch off your code and keep any unpaid commission connected to the breach. Otherwise we'll pay commission you've already earned.
